What is the processing time for my order, and when can I expect it?

You can expect a processing time of 1-2 business days for your order. Once your order has been shipped with PostNL, you will receive a tracking link via email that allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and other factors. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times can vary.

Are there shipping costs for the delivery of my order?

We charge a flat rate for shipping and packaging of €8, including VAT, per order. In the event that the order is sent in multiple partial shipments due to technical or logistical reasons, no additional costs will be charged. The one-time fee of €8, including VAT, still applies per order in such cases.

Can I make changes to the shipping address after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after an order has been confirmed. It is recommended to double-check your details before completing your purchase to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

What should I do if there are unexpected delays in my shipment?

While we do our best to adhere to our shipping schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. If you encounter any issues or are concerned about the status of your shipment, please contact our customer service for prompt assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the deadline for returning orders?

Returns must be initiated within 10 days after the delivery date.

How do I process a return?

Returns should be sent via PostNL using the original packaging. Please send an email to info@fraem.be, stating which items you wish to return and the reason. We will then provide you with a PDF of the return label via email.

Are there any costs associated with returning items?

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning items unless otherwise agreed upon with FRAEM.

What is the composition of the fabric?

Our medical clothing is made from an innovative antibacterial fabric, composed of 72% polyester, 21% rayon, and 7% spandex. This blend offers not only durability but also antibacterial properties for improved hygiene.

All our textiles have the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 globally recognized safety label.

How should I care for my FRAEM medical clothing to maintain its quality?

To ensure longevity and optimal performance, we recommend washing your garment in cold water (30°C), turning it inside out before placing it in the washing machine. For drying, tumble dry on a low setting to maintain the integrity of the fabric.

Is the antibacterial function effective after washing?

Yes, the antibacterial properties of our fabric remain effective even after washing. Following the care instructions helps maintain the fabric’s performance and ensures the continued benefits of the antibacterial properties.

Can I use fabric softeners or bleach when washing my medical clothing?

We advise against using fabric softeners or bleach as they can impair the antibacterial properties of the fabric. Use a mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the material.

Can I iron my FRAEM medical clothing?

Although our fabric is designed to resist wrinkles, you can iron on a low setting if necessary. However, avoid direct contact with the iron on sensitive areas or embroidered details.
